Amphibian Disease Diagnostic Center
Our laboratory is equipped to diagnose samples for infection of amphibians either by the chytrid fungus or ranavirus. We perform DNA analysis via quantitative PCR to estimate pathogen presence and overall load. We utilize a variety of techniques that maintain quality while attempting to lower overall costs. Please consult Dr. Kerby concerning pricing, and proper methodology for sampling.
